Charles J. Quilter II

Colonel Charles J. Quilter II was a commander in the United States Marine Corps. From 1968 to 1968 he was commander of the 1st Marine Aircraft Wing aviation unit. After World War II he entered the Marines Reserve. He has written several volumes of military history. He is currently vice president of the Patriots Day Parade Association in Los Angeles, California.
