In the Bible, God instructed the prophet, Ezekiel, to fast while prophesying against Israel who at that time had strayed from God. During this time of fasting, God gave Ezekiel a recipe for bread to eat during his fast. Carol Levergood adapted this fast for her own use and also wrote a book detailing the necessary ingredients for the bread and also how to put the ingredients together in preparation for baking. Great healthy bread!!
