Second in the series on modern and contemporary artists and movements in Uruguay. This monograph focuses on the popular group "Planismo" that flourished during the 1920s and 1930's in Montevideo. Founded by José Cuneo, it also included Alfredo De Simone, Petrona Viera, Humberto Causa, César Pesce Castro, Andrés Etchebarne Bidart, Guillermo Laborde, Carlos Prevosti, Melchor Méndez Magarios, Carmelo de Arzadun.
