In the Brit. mus. Catalogue, Dict. nat. biog., Green, Bibl. Somerset, and Halkett & Laing, Dict. of anon. and pseud. lit., it is ascribed to Edward Mangin. Cushing (Anonymus, 1889) attributes it to Martin MacDermot.
