An American bullfighter in Tijuana, Mexico, Pete Freckles, asks sexy private eyeful Honey West to attend his bull-fight. When Pete appears to stumble just before being gored to death, Honey wants to view the body to determine why. When Pete’s corpse disappears, however, in a gruesome slaughterhouse full of dead bulls, the reason appears to be the maneuverings of the master Mexican criminal, Zingo. Honey's determination to chase down Zingo leads to a series of misadventures in which her clothes seem to keep falling off!
