The continuing saga of the island of St. Margaret's. As the young nation completes its first year of independence, it grapples with panic in the face of an attempted assassination of the Prime Minister, the loss of an entire PT boat and its crew, and the murder of its delegate to the OAS and his bodyguard. The investigation leads to Cuba, Canada and Brazil as the government slowly assembles the full picture. Additionally the new nation faces a coup as well as several basic decisions on its constitutional direction.
