The book was at the printer when Ennis Cosby was killed, so it ends with a note about the crime (which was unsolved as the book went to press). Well-written book by one of America's foremost authorities on comedy (author of "Stars of Stand-Up," "Who's Who in Comedy," "Johnny Carson," etc.
