Blo-gsal-rgya-mtsho (1922-2001) is a geshé (Tib. dge bshes) in the Gelukpa School of Tibetan Buddhism. He is originally from Ma-mgo Monastery in Seng-ge-gshong Village in the Amdo Tibetan region of Repkong (Tib. Reb-gong ; Ch. Tongren) in Qinghai Province. He served as a teacher primarily at Stag-tshang-lha-mo Monastery and Gtsos dgon Dga'-ldan-chos-gling, and other monasteries in the area of Hezuo, Gannan Prefecture, Gansu Province.
