Variant of Cartier 268.
Aside from the different collations as that found in Cartier, the following points are noted: 1. 222 rather than 228 illustrations (excluding the port.), affecting Genesis only (Genesis, 88 rather than 94 illustrations; 2. texual variations noted in Esdra IIII ("Hierusalem" instead of "Gierusalem"), and Daniel III ("Qui ved, i tre fanciui" instead of "Vedi qui, i tre fanciulli"); 3. variations in type ornaments; e.g., two of the "Prologo nel libro di Daniel Profeta" (sign. Q₆ in Cartier 268, sign. Q₄ in variant), and elsewhere.
