The atlas is a reproduction (hand colored by Daniel Jacomet) of the plates from Jacques Le Moyne de Morgues' Brevis narratio ... In the firs Latin edition the plates have special engraved t.-p.: Indorvm Floridam provinciam inhabitantium eicones, primùm ibidem ad vivium expressæ à Iacobo Le Moyne cui cognomen de Morgves: addita ad singulas brevi earum declaratione. Nunc verò recens à Theodoro de Brij Leodiense in æs incisæ & evulgatæ ... Francoforti ad Mœnum, tijpis Ioānis Wecheli, sumtibus vero Theodori de Brij. Anno MDXCI ...
Descriptive Latin text at foot of each plate. Colored initials.
