Carlos Ruiz Zafón (Barcelona, 25 de septiembre de 1964-Los Ángeles, 19 de junio de 2020) fue un novelista español. Su obra más famosa es La sombra del viento, ganadora de numerosos galardones, y que fue seleccionada en la lista confeccionada en 2007 por 81 escritores y críticos latinoamericanos y españoles entre los cien mejores libros en lengua española de los últimos 25 años.
Carlos Ruiz Zafón (Barcelona, September 25, 1964 – Los Angeles, June 19, 2020) was a Spanish novelist. His most famous work is The Shadow of the Wind, winner of numerous awards, and which was selected in 2007 by 81 Latin American and Spanish writers and critics as one of the one hundred best books in Spanish of the last 25 years.
