Lucretia Ann Cowing expects that Caroline Weston "finds me rather a dull scholar and she will not be able to make much of me." She gives news of the affairs in Weymouth and tells of the newest fashions. Lucretia A. Cowing heard Mr. Henry Brewster Stanton lecture in Weymouth. Lucretia A. Cowing saw the Misses Tappan and Mr. William Lloyd Garrison entertain everyone with his conversation at Mrs. Maria Weston Chapman's. Lucretia A. Cowing has seen his child books: "Tolerable but nothing remarkable." She gives news of Weymouth abolitionists.
