This is a lovely knitting compendium. The illustrations are in black and white and the book's paper is cheap, but this doesn't detract from the quirky 'tone' and text and the excellent patterns and tips of this war-time publication.
I bought it recently in a Charity shop in Prestwick, Scotland.
I love it!
