This list includes books on living the Christian life from an orthodox Protestant Christian perspective. Books must be written from an orthodox theology and accept the cardinal doctrines of conservative, orthodox theology.

This list includes Bible commentaries written from an orthodox Protestant perspective. These commentaries generally conform to teaching the orthodox cardinal doctrines of the Christian faith including the inspiration of Scripture, Deity of Christ, Virgin Birth, miracles, historicity of Adam and Eve, salvation by grace through faith, etc.

This list includes books teaching orthodox Christian doctrine and theology. Books are selected that fall within what is considered orthodox Protestant Christianity although all books may not agree in some details. All books, however, would conform to the Fundamentals as defined by American Fundamentalism in regard to teachings on Biblical inspiration, the Virgin Birth, the Deity of Christ, literal Biblical miracles, etc.
